On Saturday, November
4th the current HOA board met to consider an offer to settle
the conflict between the HOA and the ACC Corporation.
Before any action could be taken, a challenge to the
validity of the composition of the HOA board was raised by
Mark Hesse and CJ Meyer. As the current officers disagree
with the assertions raised by Hesse and Meyer, it was
determined that the significant issues in dispute could not
be resolved by those present and would need to be referred
to the court for resolution. As no useful activity could be
pursued, the meeting was terminated without any other
decisions.
Given that the makeup
of the current board is in question and the court has yet to
resolve the issue, we cannot proceed with any other public
business. As a result, the November 15th public meeting of
the HOA board is canceled.
